Terms of Service

StreamElite is an IPTV reseller. We provide access to live TV channels, streaming platforms, and on-demand content through a paid subscription, delivered as account credentials you use on your own devices. These terms describe the relationship between you and us. By subscribing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

Each plan unlocks access to channels, movies, and on-demand content from third-party broadcasters. The exact catalog depends on your plan and may change as broadcasters add or remove content. Your subscription does not include the device, internet connection, or hardware needed to watch. You handle that part.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. One subscription = one user. If we detect your credentials being used from multiple locations simultaneously, we may pause the account until we can confirm you are the one using it. Sharing or reselling accounts is not allowed and may end your subscription without refund.

All plans are paid upfront for the full duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). There is no auto-renewal and nothing rolls. When your time runs out, the service stops until you choose to subscribe again. Payments are processed by third parties (PayPal, your bank, Binance, etc.). We do not store your card or payment details.

You can stop using the service whenever you want. There is nothing to cancel — your subscription simply expires at the end of its duration. For refunds within the 7-day window, see our refund policy.

You may not: • Resell access or share your login with others • Use the service to broadcast publicly (bars, gyms, hotels, offices) • Attempt to reverse-engineer the streaming infrastructure • Use the service for activities illegal in your country Violating these may result in immediate termination without refund.

We aim for 99.9% uptime on our paid service. Free preview channels are public broadcasts beyond our control — they may go offline for a few hours at a time when the broadcaster has issues on their side. We are not responsible for outages caused by your internet, your device, or third-party broadcasters.

The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee a specific channel or title will remain available — broadcasters change their offerings, and we follow. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for your current subscription. We are not liable for indirect damages (missed sports events, lost opportunity, etc.).

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, where our operations are based. Any disputes will be handled by Moroccan courts. If you live elsewhere, your local consumer-protection laws may also apply where required by law.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version with an updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
