01The 7-day money-back guarantee
If, within 7 days of your first activation, you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, you get a full refund. No questions, no forms.
This covers things like:
• Persistent stream failures we can't fix
• Channels you were promised but cannot watch
• Your device being unsupported despite our claim that it is
• Quality consistently below the plan tier you paid for
02What does NOT qualify
Being honest with you up front saves us both time. The 7-day window does not cover:
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Buyer's remorse / change of mind
• Specific content (a match, channel, or movie) not being available in your region — broadcasters set those restrictions, not us
• Your internet being too slow — we list minimum requirements (5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
• Using the service heavily for 6+ days then asking to refund — the guarantee tests if the service works, it is not a week-long free trial
03How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of activation. Tell us what is not working. We will usually try one fix first — if it doesn't work, we refund immediately.
Refunds are issued via the same method you paid with:
• Card / PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
• Bank transfer: 2-5 business days
• Crypto: within 24 hours
04Partial refunds
In rare cases — for example, a channel critical to your plan disappearing mid-subscription — we may issue a partial refund or extend your subscription. This is at our discretion and handled case-by-case via WhatsApp.
